This cancer registry is for the Gujarat state only hence the doctor or institutes from Gujarat only can participant.

You must be the medical doctor or authorized person of medical institutes.

| How Do I Receive Administrator Charges?

We will send DD or Cheque to you periodically at your registered postal address. |

| If I forget my password, what can I do?
