The term “site” is inclusive but not limited to its content and application.

GCRI provides Internet-based services to the patient, doctor and healthcare provider. By using this site, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. You must agree to these terms and conditions in order to use the website. Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use this site!

GCRI may revise and update these terms and Conditions at anytime. Please periodically review the terms and Conditions posted because your continued usage of the website will mean you accept those changes.

Section 1. General Disclaimer

GCRI is just a platform to communicate patient with doctor and doctor with doctor. We don’t have our doctor panel. Generally we are not recommending any doctor or hospital, though if done so it is just for convenience. The consumer is free to decline our recommendation.

While we anticipate that you find GCRI service helpful, you should remember that it is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice or to replace any relationship with your doctor. We highly recommend not utilizing our site for any emergency. In case of emergency please consult your nearby doctor immediately. Neither the content nor any other service offered by GCRI is intended to be solely relied for opinion, diagnosis or treatment.

Section 2. GCRI Position on Your Privacy.

a. General. GCRI recognizes the importance of your place on privacy protection on the Internet. We strive to protect your privacy; including the information you share in the personal profile that you must complete in order to become a registered user. The Website owners undertake to honor or exceed the legal requirements of medical/health information privacy. Where appropriate, information contained on this site will be supported by clear references to source data and, where possible, have specific HTML links to that data.

b. Use of Registration Information. Personally identifiable information of individual Members and Users will not be shared or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties. GCRI may store the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer when you visit our site. This information is only used for further application where your ip is required.

c. Disclaimer on data security on behalf of doctor  

GCRI provides better way to communicate patient with doctor and doctor with other doctor. As a patient you are able to prepare your case profile and provide access rights to doctor. Similarly refereeing doctor is able to prepare his / her patient’s profile for expert consultation. The expert has tools to view and interpret the application on web or download it on desktop computer. It is the responsibility of the doctor to maintain utter security for your data. It is obvious that we have no control for the data leys with doctor.

Section 3. Use of Content; Copyright.

The contents of the GCRI Site, including any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text including software licensed by GCRI to permit Users to access the GCRI Site ("Content"), are protected by copyright and international treaties. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. None of the Content may be reverse-engineered, disassembled, decompiled, reproduced, transcribed, stored in a retrieval system, translated into any language or computer language, re-transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photo reproduction, recordation or otherwise), resold or redistributed without the prior written consent of GCRI.

Indemnification

In no event will GCRI be liable for any loss, damage, or liability, including any consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages, or business interruption suffered or incurred by any person as a result of or related to the use of this product. GCRI shall not be responsible for loss of use product, loss of data, costs of recreating lost data, or the cost of substitute equipment or programs sustained by the licensee or claims by any party other than the licensee. You agree to be responsible for any and all losses and damages arising out of or incurred in connection with this product. Section 6. Exclusive rights

GCRI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to take any of the following actions in our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice:

 

1.       Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services

2.       Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our Services

3.       Refuse, move, or remove any material that you submit to our sites for any reason

4.       Refuse, move, or remove any content that is available on our sites

5.       Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account

6.       Establish general practices and limits concerning use of our sites.

 

The account by patient is terminated automatically if not used (logged-in) once at least in 30 days.

 

Section 7. JURISDICTION

 

You agree and expressly consent the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with GCRI, resides in the courts of Ahmedabad, State of Gujarat, India in connection any such dispute including any claim involving GCRI or it affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, direct telecommunication providers and content providers.

 

Section 8. Complete Agreement.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement with respect to the use of the GCRI site and any software and content contained therein.
